Delivery

To provide you the best shopping service and avoid long wait times, we ship our products via Nova Poshta (through Ukraine) and Nova Poshta Global / UPS (for international orders). We are proud of being a slow-fashion brand and hope we’re on the same page so we have two types of dispatch options that depend on item availability.

The stock item can be shipped to you within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery can take up between 3-5 business days. If the required item is not available at the moment we’ll knit it specially for you. It may take a little longer so your desired Feb product will be shipped within 2 weeks. In both cases we will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready.

For now we deliver to the following countries:

Ukraine, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States of America.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

Returns

If for some reasons, you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return it. But firstly make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and all tags are in original condition. Contact us at hi@febsweaters.com to get the return shipping address and all the return instructions. Items sent back to us without prior requesting a return will not be accepted. Choose trackable and insured service, send the package and let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In cases where a product is deemed defective, Feb will assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange. Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

Please note that there’s no delivery service guarantee that we will receive your returned item back.
